RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

All residential deliveries must be safely manageable by one driver and:

  • Do not require forklifts or pallet jacks
  • Can be moved using standard equipment (dolly/hand truck)
  • Fit through standard residential access points

COMMERCIAL / WAREHOUSE DELIVERIES

Commercial deliveries may include palletized or oversized freight and require:

  • Forklift access OR loading dock
  • Receiving personnel on-site

Prime Path Logistics & Services LLC offers custom agreements for business clients including:

PAYMENT INFORMATION

All services are invoiced through Square and must be paid prior to dispatch unless a commercial billing agreement has been approved in writing.

A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card and digital wallet transactions. Applicable North Carolina sales tax may be added where required by law.
